Costs Draftsperson / Costs Lawyer Claimant

Full Time, Part Time and Self Employed positions available

Up to £60,000 DOE + Bonuses

Hybrid Working (2 office visits a month)

Our client is a well-respected Costs Firm who pride themselves on client care and development of their team.

We are looking for experienced Claimant Costs Draftspersons / Costs Lawyers to join a national client as they continue to expand in 2026!

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Drafting bills of costs (using CostsMaster drafting software) in both traditional and electronic (Precedent S) format
• Preparing Costs Budgets in form Precedent H in accordance with Departmental requirements/workstreams
• Managing your own caseload dealing with complex matters.
• Client care and business development

What we need from you:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in costs inhouse or external costs.
• Experience in bill drafting, budgeting and negotiations.
• Knowledge of Costsmaster
• Desire to grow and develop.
