We are currently seeking multiple qualified Traffic Management Operatives for ongoing works across various sites and locations.

Requirements:

Operatives must hold valid tickets, including (but not limited to)LANTRA

• TTMBC
• M1 / M2
• M3
• M4
• M5
• M6
• 12 AB
• IPV driver
• Foreman

As a minimum, a valid supervisory Street Works ticket(not lantra) is required to gain access to various sites.

Ideal Background & Experience:

• Previous experience working within the Traffic Management industry
• Experience in high-speed and urban environments
• Competent in setting up and operating 2-way and multiway traffic light systems
• Experience with integrated pedestrian systems
• Road closure implementation and management
• Strong understanding of health & safety regulations and site compliance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude also confidence to think on their feet.
• Flexible to workdays, nights, weekends, and peak hours

Job Details:

• Job durations range from 1 day to several weeks
• Multiple locations
• Shift patterns include:
  • Peak hours: 07 30 and 16 00
  • Full shifts: 12 hours (07 00)
  • Night shifts
  • Weekend work

Job Types Include:

• 2-way Stop & Go systems
• Multiway traffic lights with integrated pedestrian systems
• Road closures
• Additional traffic management duties as required
