Change Lead - Global Supply Chain Transformation
Location: Islip/Kettering and Reading or Dublin (Hybrid)
Contract: Initial 6 months

We're looking for a Change Lead to drive end-to-end transformation across global retail supply chain for a major retailer. This is a high-impact role at the heart of a multi-country change programme, shaping how the organisation evolves, operates, and delivers for millions of customers worldwide.
What you'll lead
- Enterprise-wide change initiatives spanning supply chain, operating model redesign, process optimisation, and major system implementations
- Cross-programme change integration, ensuring alignment, dependency management, and cumulative impact assessment across multiple workstreams
- Readiness, adoption, and behaviour-change strategies that enable teams at all levels to transition smoothly and sustainably
- Senior-leader engagement, partnering with Directors and above to influence decision-making and embed change into business strategy
What you'll bring
- Significant end-to-end supply chain experience within a retail environment, ideally across global or multi-market operations
- 8-10+ years in Change Management, Transformation, or Organisational Development within large, complex organisations (retail, FMCG, consulting, supply chain, digital)
- A track record of leading large-scale change programmes or multiple concurrent initiatives in organisations of 20,000+ employees
- Proven ability to influence and partner with senior leaders, shaping direction and driving alignment
- Experience managing cross-programme dependencies, cumulative impacts, and risk mitigation strategies
- Deep knowledge of change management methodologies and how to apply them pragmatically in fast-moving environments
- Strong understanding of business process change, operating model shifts, and the impacts of major system implementations
- Demonstrated success in leading readiness, adoption, and behaviour-change initiatives at scale
