YOUR MISSION
You will be part of a BIG MAMMA kitchen team.
You will oversee the hot section, preparing our authentic Italian dishes from scratch with consistency, speed and precision.
You will:
Oversee the hot section during prep and service
Prepare dishes following our authentic recipes and quality standards
Communicate regularly with kitchen management
Support onboarding and training of new chefs
Ensure the section runs smoothly during busy services
Respect health and safety standards at all times
Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen
Bring leadership, energy and a problem solving mindset to every shift
Help create the best moment of our guests' day, one plate at a time

YOUR SKILLS
Big smile and real passion for Italian food
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a large and busy section
Excellent knowledge of Italian cuisine
Strong teamwork, leadership and communication skills
Proactive attitude and great energy during high volume services
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
