My client is hiring for a Mandarin Speaking Operations Liaison to join their clinic team. You will act as the key point of contact between patients, clinicians and external partners, ensuring a seamless and high-quality patient journey. This role combines operations, coordination, and client service, with a strong focus on communication and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate appointments between patients and doctors (internal & external)
- Provide Mandarin-English translation support during consultations when needed
- Liaise with hospitals, diagnostic centres and specialists for referrals and follow-ups
- Track test results and ensure smooth patient pathways
- Support patients throughout their journey, including accompanying them to external appointments where required
- Assist with documentation, including translating medical letters
- Deliver a high-end, professional patient experience both in person and over the phone
Key Requirement
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Highly organised with the ability to multitask
- A proactive, hands-on approach with strong ownership
- High emotional intelligence and a patient-centric mindset
- Able to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
- Clinical or healthcare exposure is a plus, but not essential
