The Role
As Head of MEP Design, you will take full ownership of the design function, working closely with senior leadership and project teams across a portfolio of large-scale developments across London.
You will:
- Lead and manage the MEP design function across multiple projects
- Build, mentor and develop your own in-house design team
- Play a key role in recruitment and team growth strategy
- Oversee design delivery from concept through to construction
- Collaborate with clients, consultants and delivery teams
- Ensure technical excellence, innovation and efficiency across all designs
