Learning Support Assistant Responsibilities:

• Create a supportive and inclusive environment where students feel confident and engaged
• Provide one-to-one and small group support as a Learning Support Assistant
• Assist with tailored learning plans and individual education strategies
• Support students' social and emotional development
• Work closely with teachers to deliver lessons and manage classroom behaviour
