Reporting to the Finance Director, you'll lead the day-to-day finance function, managing and developing a team of 12, while ensuring strong financial controls, smooth operations, and effective planning across BAU activity.
This Financial Controller role offers valuable exposure to a PE environment (experience beneficial but not essential), alongside the chance to drive system improvements, process enhancements, and automation as the business scales.
