We re searching for an ambitious Senior Building Surveyor who s ready to take the next step in their career and play a key role in delivering high quality surveying services across a diverse portfolio.

• Leading and delivering a broad range of building surveying instructions

• Managing client relationships and supporting business development

• Overseeing project work from inception to completion

• Providing expert technical advice across commercial, residential, and public sector assets

• Mentoring junior surveyors and contributing to team growth

• Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS) or close to qualification

• Strong technical knowledge and a proactive, solutions focused mindset

• Confident communicator with excellent client facing skills

• Experience across both professional and project based surveying

• A desire to grow within a consultancy that values initiative and expertise
