Warehouse Manager- 6 month FTC- Up to £40k pro-rata- Wakefield

Pod Talent are excited to be partnering with an iconic British clothing brand, that is seeing double digit YoY growth and international distribution, who are looking for 2 warehouse managers (early and late shifts) to join them ASAP at their 3PL site.

In this role, you will be:

• Responsible for upholding the 3PL to account, ensuring they are maintaining service levels
• Managing P&L costs, ensuring the resources are used as efficiently as possible
• Acting as the "voice on the ground", having challenging conversations where necessary

What we are looking for:

• An warehouse manager (B2B or D2C), with experience working with open-book contracts for 3PL
• Experience in holding 3PL to agreed SLAs
• Confidence in having challenging conversations

IMPORTANT INFO:

• You must be immediately available for this 6 month fixed-term contract (ideal)
• Shifts are split between early (6am-2pm) and late (2pm- 10pm), when applying, please be clear in whether you would prefer the early or late shift in your application
