Service Advisor

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Service Advisor to join a reputable family-run car dealership in Dartford, Kent. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to advance their career within a well-established and supportive environment.

Duties as a Service Advisor:

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional customer service as a Service Advisor
• Book and schedule service appointments efficiently and accurately in line with dealership procedures
• Advise customers on service and repair requirements, maintaining transparency throughout the process
• Complete all relevant paperwork and update electronic management systems correctly
• Upsell additional services and products to enhance workshop productivity
• Liaise with workshop staff to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of services

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Service Advisor or within a similar automotive customer service role
• Genuine passion for delivering high levels of customer satisfaction
• Organised, detail-oriented, and efficient in managing multiple tasks
• Strong communication skills and a professional attitude
• Experience with Kerridge or main dealership management systems is preferred but not essential
• A keen interest in the automotive industry and a proactive approach
