The Role As Sous Chef , you will take charge of the kitchen during your shift, ensuring everything runs smoothly from preparation and food quality to hygiene, compliance, and cost control. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining the highest standards, supporting the Head Chef, and creating an unforgettable guest experience. You will also coach and develop junior team members, helping to foster a professional, positive, and collaborative kitchen culture.
