RTL Group are working with a leading civil engineering contractor who are seeking an experienced Site Agent to lead delivery on a major highways infrastructure project near Perth, Scotland. This is a long-term contract (3 years) operating outside IR35, offering excellent stability and a key leadership role in the successful delivery of complex structures works, including bridges, culverts, retaining walls, and other civil structures on a flagship highways scheme. Lead site teams, including engineers, foremen and subcontractors, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to specification. Coordinate closely with designers, commercial teams, subcontractors and the client to drive efficient delivery. Oversee programme management, planning and sequencing of works, identifying and mitigating risks. Manage temporary works, permits, quality assurance and compliance with relevant standards. Monitor progress against programme, cost and quality objectives, and provide regular reports to senior project management. Ensure health, safety and environmental standards are upheld to the highest level.
