About the Role
The successful candidate will join a growing insurance provider, supporting clients and brokers throughout the insurance journey-from initial policy setup through to project completion.
This is a varied role within a collaborative team, offering exposure to multiple aspects of the insurance process.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaising with customers and brokers
- Managing product changes and policy adjustments
- Producing and issuing insurance documentation
- Logging initial claims reports (no claims handling required)
- Preparing and maintaining accurate client files
About the Candidate
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in customer service or administration
- Strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and Office
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and develop professionally
