Job Description

Major Incident Manager to lead the end-to-end management of high-severity technology incidents across complex and regulated environments. You will lead and coordinate Major Incidents across infrastructure, application, Middleware, cloud, EUC, network, identity, data and third parties.

Must have proven experience within a globally distributed team that plays a critical role in Incident Management impact from a broad range of potentially business disrupting, to significantly impacting, threats and incidents, from cyber and fraud to technology incidents.
