Operations Team Member

We are looking for a number of Operations Team Members for a 12-month contract based in Rotherham on behalf of our client who develop cutting-edge technologies that deliver clean, safe and competitive solutions to meet the planet's vital power needs. Please note this role will consist of rotating 12 hour day and night shifts.

As a Operations Team Member you will be:

• Following technical instructions
• Operating high-tech robotic machinery
• Crafting patterns in wax ready for casting
• Measuring and checking blades to ensure they reach our clients high standards
• Gathering data using digital apps
• Contributing to production plans
• Help your team find ways to improve processes

There's a lot of attention to detail involved, but there's also plenty of variety in what you do each day and a great sense of achievement at the end of it.

• Able to follow set processes and detailed instructions
• Will support colleagues and work well moving from team to team
• Always looking for ways to improve
• Takes pride in producing good work
• Reliable, adaptable and safety conscious
• Good manual dexterity
• Comfortable working a mix of day and night shifts.
