Essential: Electrical or Mechanical qualification and practical background in a trade setting. Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role and working to strict KPI s. Strong leadership skills, able to motivate and inspire. Well-developed organisation skills with excellent attention to detail. Able to communicate effectively with a wide range of people and influence at all levels. Desirable: Demonstrable experience of H&S and other legislation relative to premises occupation and use and the delivery of, hard FM services.
