Sales Manager Building Management Systems (BMS)

Are you a driven BMS sales professional ready to take ownership of a high-growth region?
Our client is looking to hire Sales Manager to expand their presence across the Midlands and the North, winning new-build BMS projects, upgrading existing installations, and converting competitor-controlled sites through strategic maintenance and upgrade pathways.
What you ll be doing:
Winning new-build BMS installation projects
Driving upgrade and lifecycle replacement opportunities with existing customers
Converting sites from Trend, Siemens, Honeywell and other platforms
Building strong relationships with consultants, FM providers, and end-users
Delivering against ambitious growth and revenue targets
What we re looking for:
5 7+ years experience in BMS sales or technical BMS roles
Proven success securing projects, upgrades, and maintenance contracts
Strong knowledge of BACnet systems and major BMS platforms
Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills
A self-starter with strong commercial awareness
