- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a multi-year H&S roadmap aligned with the firm s corporate values.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to the Board and Executive partners, translating complex legislation into pragmatic business solutions.
- Risk Management: Oversee risk assessments for a sprawling corporate estate, including hybrid working protocols and high-spec office environments.
- Continuous Improvement: Lead the internal audit program and drive ISO certifications where applicable.
The successful candidate will likely come from a background where influence and communication are as important as technical knowledge.
- Experience: Proven track record in a "white collar" or professional services environment (e.g., Legal, Finance, Banking, or Insurance).
- Qualifications: NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) and CMIOSH status (or working towards).
- Tone of Voice: Ability to navigate a partner-led or corporate structure with gravitas and diplomacy.
- Location: Based in or commutable to Leeds, with the flexibility to work in a hybrid capacity.
- Salary: Up to £75,000 (dependent on experience).
- Working Pattern: Hybrid (typically 3 days in the Leeds HQ).
