- THE ROLE -
The Recruitment Officer will develop and deliver a Recruitment Plan to achieve our challenging commercial goals, including:
The postholder will exemplify a strong partnership approach, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. They will be highly commercial, customer-centric and capable of developing and executing a plan to deliver on challenging objectives.
- ABOUT YOU -
You will have a degree and experience of planning, delivering, monitoring and evaluating commercially focused integrated recruitment and/or marketing plans to deliver a return on investment.
You will be able to provide evidence of developing compelling and audience-relevant messaging, of using customer insight to develop and deliver strategic plans, and of stakeholder engagement and designing and delivering stakeholder engagement events to deliver a positive outcome.
