Salary: £147,524 - £165,702
Hours of work: Full-time, permanent
Location: NIHE Headquarters, Belfast
We are seeking an exceptional Chief Executive to lead the Housing Executive, which is the strategic housing authority for Northern Ireland and a public sector landlord at scale. With a £1.3bn annual budget, responsibility for 83,000 homes and a range of cross-tenure housing functions, our mission is to ensure that housing helps to resolve society's greatest challenges.

Senior management is defined as experience at Director or Chief Executive Level in an organisation with a minimum of 500 employees and a budget of at least £50m.
NIHE employs in excess of 3,500 staff, and manages a revenue budget of circa £1.3bn.
