Quantity Surveyor Civil Engineering
Established civil engineering contractor seeking a Quantity Surveyor for major London infrastructure and enabling works schemes.
You will manage CVRs, applications, subcontract procurement, change control and NEC contract administration while supporting project delivery teams.
Requirements:
- Degree qualified (QS or similar)
- 5+ years civils experience
- Strong NEC knowledge
- Confident managing valuations and variations
Strong long-term pipeline and clear progression opportunities within a well-structured commercial team.
