Senior Sales Negotiator

Job Title: Senior Sales & Trainee Branch Manager

Location: Bromsgrove

Initial Basic Salary: Up to £25,000 Basic OTE: £33,000+ (1% commission plus additional add-ons)

Petrol paid for

Hours: 9-5:30 Mon-Fri and every other Sat 9am-2pm, with a day off in lie during the week

A market leading independent estate agent is looking for a Senior Sales Negotiator to join their team in their office based in Bromsgrove. This person would need to be an experience sales negotiator, with a passion to soon become branch manager. Training and support will be provided. You will be joining a fun and energetic team with scope to make the role your own and be encouraged and supported to progress your career within this well-established and regarded agency.

Responsibilities for this Sales Negotiator role will include:

• Help sell properties
• Deal with buyers and qualify their needs and conduct viewings
• Dealing with vendors
• Liaising with your manager to help hit targets consistently

Skills & Experience for this Sales Negotiator role:

• 1 year + experience preferred
• Well-presented and driven
• Local area knowledge
• Energetic and can-do attitude to work
• Ability to work in fast paced environment and drive a team to success
