Commercial Platform Engineering Director

Commercial Platform Engineering Director is required by a global technology company to lead the delivery of an end-to-end commercial platform integrating sales, E-commerce, and finance systems into a unified platform.

You will be responsible for:

• Ownership and optimisation of the technology platform, ensuring seamless data flow across systems
• Leading engineering teams to deliver high-performance, scalable digital commerce solutions
• Building and managing a robust integration layer (APIs/Middleware) to replace point-to-point systems
• Driving engineering excellence through CI/CD, DevOps, and AI-augmented development practices, with a focus on product engineering
• Partnering with business leaders to accelerate revenue cycles and ensure financial data integrity

Required experience and skills:

• Extensive experience in engineering leadership, with strong expertise in Salesforce and cloud-based ERP systems
• Experience scaling B2B or B2C E-commerce platforms
• Deep knowledge of integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, Middleware)
• Strong leadership skills, with experience building high-performing engineering teams
