Honeycomb is pleased to be working alongside a well known and long established banking organisation in Northern Ireland to recruit a Customer Service Advisor for its Omagh branch. This is a full time, temporary role with ongoing potential, offering the chance to join a respected local institution recognised for outstanding customer support and strong community roots.
The Role
As an essential part of the branch team, you'll be the welcoming first point of contact for customers. Your daily responsibilities will include supporting smooth customer interactions, resolving queries, processing a variety of transactions, and offering clear advice on the bank's full suite of products and services. This position operates Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
You'll assist customers with their everyday banking confidently and securely, while encouraging the use of digital tools and self service options.
