Freelance Quantity Surveyor

Our client, a highly respected Management Contractor, is seeking to appoint a freelance Quantity Surveyor to support them at the bidding stage for a prestigious scheme in Leeds.

You will play an important role in evaluating project viability, managing risks, and assisting in the preparation of a competitive, profitable bid.

Quantity Surveying duties will include:

• tender analysis and review
• cost estimation and budgeting
• procurement and subcontractor selection

Requirements:

• You must have a proven track record as a Quantity Surveyor in a Main Contractor environment
• Ideally degree educated
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
