Recruitment Resourcer Harriet Ellis Training Solutions are looking to recruit an additional Recruitment resourcer for their Apprenticeships department. To assist with the expansion of our Dental Nurse Apprenticeships. Recruitment Resourcer Description The role of a Harriet Ellis apprenticeship recruitment resourcer is to source candidates that are interested in starting a Dental Nursing apprenticeship. The role will require you to speak to candidates over the phone, qualify if they are right for an apprenticeship and then make them compliant by receiving paperwork from them. At the point the candidate is compliant you will then pass the candidate onto the Recruitment Consultants who will look to place them with an employer. Desired Skills Hardworking Organisational skills, with the ability to organise and prioritise workload Multi-tasking Excellent verbal and written communication Proficient in Microsoft office Personal qualities Outgoing Personable Driven Charismatic Desired qualifications GCSES ( Minimum of GRADE C/4 in English & Maths) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Ability to commute/relocate: Romford, RM1 1EU: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Education: GCSE or equivalent (preferred) Experience: Office: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: Office based in RM1 1EU for 1 day a week (Mondays) and 4 days a week working from home. First 6 weeks training will be all office based.
