Babergh and Mid Suffolk District Councils are looking to recruit an Income and Tenancy Sustainment Lead to join our team based in Ipswich, Suffolk. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will earn £53,460 - £63,013 per annum (pro rata for part time).
This role is open to full time, part time, and job share applications, all of which will be assessed equally.

In this pivotal role, you will lead operational teams responsible for income collection, tenancy sustainment, and housing for older people. Your strategic vision and empathetic approach will be essential in achieving exceptional outcomes for our tenants and communities.
You will work closely with the Head of Housing Management to support the strategic direction of the housing service, ensuring that our tenants receive the highest level of care and service.
