Site Manager CAT B Fit-Out London Bridge Freelance
Working with a well-established design & build fit-out contractor, this scheme involves delivering a CAT B commercial office space within a constrained central London environment. The business has a solid pipeline of similar projects and a reputation for delivering considered, well-executed work.
Project Overview
• Location: London Bridge
• Value: £1.8m (Design & Build)
• Scope: CAT B fit-out
• Size: 20,000 sq. ft
• Programme: 16 weeks
• Start: Interviews taking place shortly
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee day-to-day site operations across the project
• Coordinate subcontractors and manage sequencing of works
• Maintain health & safety and ensure quality standards are upheld
• Manage site logistics within a restricted footprint
• Ensure works are delivered in line with the programme and specification
About You
• Experience delivering CAT A/B fit-out or refurbishment projects (£1m £3m range)
• Background working with design & build or specialist fit-out contractors
• Strong technical understanding with the ability to read drawings confidently
• Able to manage subcontractors and drive the programme on site
• Experience working within central London or similarly constrained environments
• All relevant site certifications in place
