The Role

Key Responsibilities
About You
The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Town Planning and be MRTPI qualified. You will bring significant experience in development management, particularly within the Birmingham market, and demonstrate a strong understanding of local planning policy and processes.
You will be a confident leader with excellent communication skills, capable of managing multiple projects and engaging effectively with clients and stakeholders. A proven track record in project delivery and team leadership is essential.
