We are delighted to be working with a well-established and growing food manufacturer to recruit a Senior Brand Manager. This is a newly-created, pivotal role within the business, offering the opportunity to take full ownership of brand strategy and play a key part in shaping future growth.

As Senior Brand Manager, you will lead the development and execution of brand strategy, ensuring a consistent and compelling presence across all channels. Reporting into the senior commercial leadership team, you will take a highly visible role in driving brand performance, innovation, and market impact.

You will work cross-functionally to bring products and campaigns to life-from initial consumer insight through to successful retail execution.

Key Responsibilities:

-Own and develop the overall brand strategy, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints
-Lead integrated marketing campaigns from concept through to execution and evaluation
-Manage the end-to-end NPD pipeline in collaboration with internal teams
-Analyse market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
-Track and evaluate campaign performance, delivering clear, actionable insights
-Collaborate closely with sales, operations, and product teams to ensure commercial alignment
-Manage brand budgets and ensure effective allocation of spend
-Oversee relationships with external agencies, ensuring high-quality creative and delivery
-Support and develop digital marketing initiatives across relevant channels
-Present performance updates and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders

We are looking for a commercially driven, autonomous and insight-led brand professional who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. You will bring:

-Proven experience in a Brand Manager or Senior Brand role within FMCG or food
-Strong commercial awareness with the ability to turn insight into action
-Experience delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns
-Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills
-Strong project management and stakeholder engagement capability
-Experience managing budgets and external agencies
-Confident communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
