Sales Administrator

Willand 14 per hour + bonus 8:30am - 5:30pm Monday - Friday Temporary



Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join a well-established business based in Willand, Devon. This is a varied and hands-on role, ideal for someone organised, detail-driven, and experienced in sales support or order processing.



Key Duties:

  • Process sales orders via phone and email, inputting accurately onto Sage.
  • Manage stock levels, raise purchase orders, and liaise with suppliers.
  • Check purchase invoices against orders and resolve discrepancies.
  • Handle courier claims, remote collections (UK and overseas), and warranty claims.
  • Maintain CRM systems and sales databases.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
  • Support incoming calls, greet visitors, and assist with general office administration.


Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a sales support or order processing role.
  • Ability to prioritise, multitask, and work under pressure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and CRM systems.
  • Sage experience desirable.
