14.28ph ( weekly pay) We are looking for a Customer Advisor to contact tenants by phone, complete surveys, and record information accurately.Working for a leading Housing provider in Exeter this role is working on a temporart contract for a couple of weeks.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to tenants
- Complete census questionnaires over the phone
- Carry out tenant satisfaction surveys
- Record responses accurately on systems
- Build rapport and encourage participation
Skills & Experience
- Experience in outbound calling or customer service
- Confident and professional on the phone
- Good listening and communication skills
