In the absence of the Registered Manager, you will assume full responsibility for the home, leading the team and safeguarding the wellbeing of the children. Key Responsibilities Assist in managing the home's budget and resources efficiently. Build and maintain positive relationships with children, families, professionals, and the community. Essential Skills & Experience Recent experience in a supervisory or management role within a residential setting for children with emotional and behavioural challenges. Strong understanding of Ofsted Regulations and Quality Standards. Ability to work flexibly and respond to crisis situations. Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. Qualifications (Desirable) Level 3 QCF in Children & Young People or equivalent. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare.
