You'll combine performance marketing expertise with AI-powered content creation and automation to deliver campaigns that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and support long-term business growth.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role with real autonomy. You'll collaborate closely with senior stakeholders, mentor a Campaign Executive, and have the freedom to test new ideas, optimise workflows, and drive innovation across the marketing function.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel digital marketing campaigns

Manage paid channels including Google Ads, PPC, and paid social

Set KPIs, track performance, and optimise for ROI

Manage budgets, forecasting, and performance reporting

Create and refine content using AI tools (blogs, emails, ads, landing pages, social)

Implement automation and AI-driven workflows to improve efficiency

Support PR activity and customer journey optimisation

Collaborate cross-functionally and mentor a Campaign Executive

Skills & Experience

Experience in campaign or demand-generation marketing (ideally SaaS, tech, or B2B)

Strong hands-on skills with Google Ads, PPC, and analytics

Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., Pardot, Salesforce)

Practical experience using AI content tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney)

Strong analytical ability to interpret data and optimise performance

Confident copywriter with solid content creation skills

Excellent project management and ability to manage multiple campaigns

Commercial mindset with experience managing budgets and KPIs

If you're a proactive digital marketer who loves combining creativity with data, and you're excited by the idea of shaping a growing marketing function, we'd love to hear from you.
