About the Role

We are recruiting a Corporate Tax Senior Manager in Glasgow to lead corporate tax compliance and advisory services across a portfolio of clients. This role is ideal for a CA- or CTA-qualified tax professional with experience in corporate tax advisory, international tax, and complex compliance work.

You will manage high-value client engagements, provide technical and strategic advice, and mentor junior tax staff, acting as a trusted adviser to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver corporate tax advisory on business reorganisations, mergers & acquisitions, group structuring, and international tax issues
• Manage and review corporate tax compliance for a portfolio of clients
• Lead tax due diligence and advisory projects, providing clear, practical solutions
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, adding value and acting as a trusted adviser
• Collaborate with colleagues across the firm, including Corporate Finance, VAT/Indirect Taxes, Employment Taxes, and Transfer Pricing
• Monitor UK and international tax legislation, keeping clients and colleagues informed
• Support the development of junior tax staff through coaching, mentoring, and feedback

About You

• CA and/or CTA qualified (or equivalent) with strong corporate tax experience
• Proven experience managing corporate tax advisory and compliance projects
• Confident leader capable of mentoring teams and managing complex client engagements
• Excellent communication, client relationship, and stakeholder management skills
• Commercially aware, proactive, and able to deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines
