Job Description

Our client is a financial planning firm that puts people before products - and this Financial Planning Administrator role is key to making that approach a reality for clients every day.

The business focuses on helping clients feel clear, confident and in control of their future through proper financial planning, wealth management and lifestyle modelling. Money is seen as a means, not the end goal, with advice built around clients' lives rather than just their portfolios.

With a strong reputation for client service and long-term relationships, this opportunity offers the chance to join a firm that genuinely delivers high-quality financial planning.

The Opportunity

As a Financial Planning Administrator, you'll sit at the heart of the client journey, supporting Financial Planners while acting as a reliable and friendly point of contact for clients.

This is a role where detail matters, relationships matter, and doing things properly matters. You'll be the person ensuring that what's agreed in meetings is followed through accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing client review packs and maintaining accurate, up-to-date CRM records
  • Managing Letters of Authority (LOAs), chasing providers, and ensuring all information is complete
  • Processing new business across pensions, investments, and protection
  • Supporting planners with lifestyle modelling outputs to ensure recommendations are correctly implemented
  • Monitoring service standards and making sure nothing slips through the cracks
  • Handling client queries in a calm, clear, and professional manner

As a Financial Planning Administrator, you'll be the person who makes sure the plan on screen becomes real, documented action.

About You

You'll likely bring:

  • Experience in a financial planning or wealth management support role
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A proactive mindset - someone who takes ownership and follows things through
  • Confidence communicating with both clients and providers
  • A genuine interest in financial planning and delivering good client outcomes

What's on Offer

  • Salary to £40,000
  • Annual bonus (approximately 10%)
  • Strong employer pension contribution
  • Private Medical Insurance
  • Income Protection
  • Life Insurance
  • Wellbeing Allowance
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays
  • Option to buy up to 5 additional days
  • Paid charity volunteering days
  • Hybrid working

If you're a Financial Planning Administrator looking to join a firm where financial planning is done properly - with a real focus on clients, not products - this is a great opportunity to be part of a high-quality, supportive team. Please send your CV to Harry at Financial Divisions
