I'm currently working on behalf of a highly respected, multi-disciplinary property and planning consultancy to recruit a Senior Town Planner for their growing London team.

The Role
As a Senior Town Planner, you will play a key role in delivering a wide range of planning projects across residential, commercial, and rural sectors. Responsibilities will include:
Managing and delivering planning applications and appeals
Providing strategic planning advice to a broad client base
Supporting senior colleagues on complex and high-value projects
Preparing high-quality planning reports and documentation
Liaising with local authorities, stakeholders, and clients
Contributing to business development and client relationships
About You
To be considered for this role, you will:
Be Chartered (MRTPI) or working towards chartership
Have solid experience within town planning, ideally within a consultancy environment
Demonstrate strong knowledge of the UK planning system
Possess excellent communication and report-writing skills
Be commercially aware with a proactive approach to project delivery
Have the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
