Location: Oxford Brookes University, Headington Rd, Oxford OX3 0BP

Working Pattern: Predominantly Monday-Friday, 11am - 7pm but weekends required when needed, Christmas through to New Years off, full time contract or term time contract available

Rate of Pay: £13.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customers
• Overseeing and implementing menu changes
• Identifying opportunities to improve our food services
• Representing CH&CO and maintaining a positive brand image
• Monitoring inventories to keep our kitchens well-stocked
• Overseeing kitchen cleaning responsibilities to maintain hygiene standards
• Complying with Food Handling, Hygiene and Health and Satefty regulations
