Key Responsibilities
  • Managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services
  • Reviewing accounts, tax returns, and financial statements
  • Leading, mentoring, and developing junior team members
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Identifying opportunities for business development and growth
Requirements
  • ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
  • Must have a minimum of 4 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
  • Strong technical knowledge of accounts and tax
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities effectively
