Overview
Orbital Recruitment are seeking dedicated and compassionate Agency Nurse's to join our team. You will be providing high-quality care across various healthcare settings in the Derbyshire/Nottinghamshire area.

Duties as an Agency Nurse

• Work in accordance with established protocols and best practices.
• Assess health conditions, complete observations and document changes in health status.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety guidelines.
• Ensure that individualised care plans created and kept up to date.
• Provide emotional support, physical an psychological support.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Participate in training sessions and continuous professional development activities.

Requirements as an Agency Nurse

• Current nursing qualification and registration with the NMC.
• Proven experience in healthcare settings.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to build rapport with patients.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to adapt to different healthcare environments and shift patterns.
• Valid and in date Moving & Handling Practical Training
• Valid and updated Enhanced DBS Certificate
