This role is essential in helping clients maintain their independence and quality of life within the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting clients with daily living activities
• Assisting with personal care and hygiene
• Preparing meals and supporting with nutrition
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Ensuring clients feel safe, comfortable, and respected in their own homes

Requirements:

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
• A caring and professional approach
• Previous care experience is essential
• Right to work in the UK
