Salary: Up to £27,000
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Property Paralegal to join a highly regarded Legal 500 firm based in Newport.
This is a fantastic role for a skilled paralegal looking to build a long-term career within a supportive and well-respected team. You will gain exposure to high-quality work while benefiting from close collaboration with the Head of Department and Partners.
The Role:
- Managing your own caseload of property matters from start to finish
- Handling either residential or commercial property work (experience in both is highly desirable)
- Working closely with senior team members on more complex transactions
- Providing support on a range of high-value and quality matters
About You:
- Previous experience in residential or commercial property is essential
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage your own workload
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- A proactive and team-oriented approach
