- Assist the Centre Manager in overseeing daily workshop operations as an Assistant Centre Manager

- Supervise and support technicians and fast-fit staff members
- Organise appointment schedules and optimise workflow efficiencies
- Maintain health and safety compliance within the workshop
- Promote additional services to meet and exceed sales targets
- Contribute to fostering a positive, productive team environment
- Proven experience within a fast-fit or automotive service environment
- Demonstrable leadership and team motivation skills
- Strong organisational and communication abilities
- Customer-focused attitude with excellent interpersonal skills
- Technical knowledge, ideally with supervisory or technician background
- Full UK driving licence
