Recruitment Coordinator

Abatec is a multi-award-winning recruitment business based in Weston-super-Mare. For over 37 years, we ve been supporting regional and national businesses in finding the very best talent. As part of our continued growth, we re now looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our Industrial and Engineering team.

This is an exciting opportunity to support our busiest team, gaining valuable industry knowledge while developing your career towards becoming a Recruitment Consultant.

This is a fast-paced environment, working in a high performing team.

What you ll be doing:

• 180 Recruitment role focusing on the resourcing side, engaging with candidates, and talking through our relevant available role
• Advertising vacancies on job boards & searching CV databases
• Social media posts
• Pre-screening and qualifying candidates
• Completing compliance checks to a Gold Standard
• Working closely with our delivery consultants to place candidates into roles
• Shadowing consultants and learning the full recruitment process

What we re looking for:

• Strong people skills and ability to build relationships
• Excellent attention to detail
• Clear and confident communication & organisational skills
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word & Excel
• Driving licence

What we offer:

• £26,000 - £27,000
