Office Administrator & Customer Support Specialist - Permanent - up to £35,000 Dependant on experience.

We are looking for an experienced office administrator and customer support specialist to join our small team. This role is office-based Monday Friday 40 hours (full-time basis 8am to 5pm)
This role is suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail, and is confident liaising with customer, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Duties include:
As this will be mostly a stand-alone role, we are seeking an individual who is able to work at pace, manage their workload whilst working to tight deadlines. You will have worked within a similar role previously. Qualified by experience minimum 4 years, or AAT 2 Level preferred.
Strong; organisational, verbal, written and communication skills.
Have strong ability for all common software systems (Outlook, Word, Excel and within our ERP/CRM Syteline system (full training given).
