About the Role
Reporting into the Head of Project Delivery, you'll be responsible for overseeing PMO activities across complex initiatives, ensuring strong governance, consistency, and high-quality delivery.
This is not a "maintenance" PMO role - they're looking for someone who can actively contribute to improving processes, frameworks, and ways of working.
Key Responsibilities
Own and drive PMO governance across programmes and projects
Ensure consistent delivery standards, reporting, and controls
Support end-to-end project delivery frameworks
Work closely with Project Managers and senior stakeholders
Identify and implement process improvements across PMO and delivery
Provide insight and reporting to support decision-making
Key Requirements
Strong PMO leadership experience within the legal sector (essential)
Solid project delivery background with end-to-end lifecycle knowledge
Experience working in similar-sized law firms or complex environments
Strong understanding of governance, controls, and reporting
Ability to drive improvements and add value beyond BAU
Excellent stakeholder management skills
