As a Recruitment Onboarding Coordinator, you'll play a key role in helping our recruitment process run smoothly. From supporting hiring managers and guiding candidates through their journey, to helping ensure pre-employment checks are completed efficiently, you'll be right at the heart of creating a positive onboarding experience.
You'll build strong relationships with both candidates and colleagues, providing proactive support and helpful guidance along the way. No two days will look the same - one moment you might be coordinating interviews, the next you'll be helping solve a recruitment challenge or improving how we do things as a team.
We're always looking for ways to make our recruitment service better and faster, so your ideas and initiative will be welcomed. You'll also need to be comfortable juggling priorities and adapting quickly when deadlines change - all while keeping a friendly, professional approach.

Salary: £30,080Location: 4040 Lakeside, Birmingham Business Park, Birmingham, B37 7YN (hybrid, 2 days in the office)
