Project Planner

Job Overview:
We are looking for an Experienced Project Planner to support the successful delivery of construction projects from our Stirling office. The successful Project Planner will play a key role in developing, managing, and maintaining project programmes across multiple live sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage detailed construction programmes using industry-standard planning software
  • Work closely with project teams to ensure accurate sequencing and scheduling of works
  • Monitor progress and provide regular updates on programme performance
  • Identify risks, delays, and opportunities, implementing mitigation strategies
  • Liaise with site teams and senior stakeholders to ensure project timelines are met

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working as a Project Planner within the construction sector
  • Strong knowledge of planning tools such as Primavera P6 or Asta Powerproject
  • Excellent analytical and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple project schedules simultaneously
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
