Our client, a specialist consultancy, are looking for an experienced Process Consultant for a Statement of Work with an Lloyd's market insurer.
Must be able to do 4 days a week in London (non-negotiable)
Requirements will include:
- Initial Identification of Quick Wins
- Operational Current State Assessment Report
- Identification of Key Pain Points and Opportunities
- Baseline Operational Metrics
- Optimisation Opportunity Register & Prioritisation Matrix
- Solution Design Documents
- Implementation Plans and Execution
- Post-Implementation Review & Performance Reports
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) & Training Materials
Essential skills/experience:
- 5+ years within Lloyd's market insurance
- 5+ years experience in OpEx/Continuous Improvement/Business Process Improvement
- Ideally have Six Sigma certifications
