Job Description

Our client, a specialist consultancy, are looking for an experienced Process Consultant for a Statement of Work with an Lloyd's market insurer.

Must be able to do 4 days a week in London (non-negotiable)

Requirements will include:

  • Initial Identification of Quick Wins
  • Operational Current State Assessment Report
  • Identification of Key Pain Points and Opportunities
  • Baseline Operational Metrics
  • Optimisation Opportunity Register & Prioritisation Matrix
  • Solution Design Documents
  • Implementation Plans and Execution
  • Post-Implementation Review & Performance Reports
  • Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) & Training Materials

Essential skills/experience:

  • 5+ years within Lloyd's market insurance
  • 5+ years experience in OpEx/Continuous Improvement/Business Process Improvement
  • Ideally have Six Sigma certifications
